The fees include one hour sessions. Sessions are face-to face, over the phone or via Skype at a time that is mutually agreeable.

Fees are due at the first session of each new month or at the end of each session.

Individual Coaching 1 hour session: $160 (plus GST)
4 x 1 hour weekly sessions per month for a recommended minimum of 3 months
$600 (plus GST) per month
2 x 1 hour sessions per month for a recommended minimum of 6 months
$160 per session (plus GST)
Business Coaching – Structure of Service
Individual Corporate Coaching 1 hour session: $200 (plus GST)
4 x 1 hour weekly sessions per month for a recommended minimum of 3 months
$600 – $1000 (plus GST) per month
2 x 1 hour sessions per month for a recommended minimum of 6 months
$160 – $250 per session (plus GST)
Business Coaching rates vary and are determined on a case-by-case basis to meet the specific requirements of the client.
Rates are reflective of the structure and nature of the business coaching needed.
